Hey I'm Brandan, I spent 10 years working as a personal trainer before starting Motion Fitness with my sister. There is no better feeling as a coach than seeing my clients get stronger, healthier and more confident. This experience allowed me to see firsthand the challenges my clients face when it comes to getting in shape and how to overcome them.

I like to understand where my clients are currently at so we can work together to create a plan that is realistic, achievable and works with your lifestyle. It is my job to make it simple for you to achieve real results.
